How to Track Your Order
- Check your email — Look for a shipping confirmation from us. It contains a direct link to your order status page with live tracking updates.
- Use your order status link — Click the link in your confirmation email at any time to see the latest status of your shipment.
- Didn't get an email? — Check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us and we'll look it up for you.
A Few Things to Know
- Local pickup orders do not have shipping tracking — you'll hear from us when your order is ready.
- Recently placed orders may not have tracking yet if they haven't shipped. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
- Tracking not updating? Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan and update a package after it's picked up.
